Phone: iOS 9.3.5
Arlo: 2.1.3
The app crashes a lot. Only when I am watching recorded videos. Doesn't matter if I'm on LTE network or WiFi. So far I've read here that uninstalling and reinstalling the app is a possible solution; does this require re-syncing up all the cameras? Or does the profile save all of that?
In addition, recorded videos are often stuttery/laggy. If I download them, they are fine. If I watch a Live feed, that is fine as well. Any thoughts there?

Reinstalling the app simply refreshes the app and doesn't do anything to the system. You'll be required to log in the first time so don't forget to check the Remember Me box.
Since your viewing of the videos is only when viewing them directly from the library, I'd think it's either due to the app problem which reinstalling may fix or due to your device and/or its OS. What device and OS are you using? Also, is it ok when using a web browser?
