Geofencing - Out Of Zone - Unavailable Error

Geofencing worked great for the first few days, now my phone shows "Out of Zone" all the time and the wife's shows "Unavailable". System seems to arma and disarm when we are within the zone so it's functional. Just curious if this is a display error or if there is a legitimate problem that is being fixed. Anyone else have this issue?

Consider refreshing your enabled devices within Geofencing settings. Disable all listed devices, save and then enable the devices again.

 

Also be sure the app stays logged in, is running and location is enabled on your devices. If the app is logged off/not running Geofencing will not work.

 

Geofencing is still a Beta feature at this time and the engineering team is working hard to improve it. We appreciate any and all feedback related to this feature.

Same Issue.  For my phone on the geofencing site for the router, it says "in zone".  For both cameras, it says "out of zone" and I am getting slammed with notices of motion and sound since we are home.  Have reset the router and the camera's with no impact.

Just checked my wife's phone.  After turning on Arlo, her status went from unavailable to in zone.  My phone still shows out of zone.

Yes.  No change.  I changed my wife's phone settings to armed on all cameras and then back to geofencing and that changed her status.  I made the geofencing zone medium, from small, and then my phone was recognized, even though I had the phone right next to the cameras and router.  Now it appears to be working again.
