cameras not updating to newset firmware

treid updatting to the new firmware version for two days .. says updating dont remove batteries and does nothinh else?

any ideas or is it just another of the many issues with this system??

please advise

If the camera LED is out, go ahead and open and close the battery door. That may fix it. Also, make sure the batteries are reasonably fresh or the update won't happen.
