when I use the iphone app the arlo works well,but when I go to my pc it works sometime and at most times doesn't work at all. says I have no connection. I go to the iphone and it works. I need help. I love the camers but i really need it to work on a pc.

Do you see the same results when trying a different browser as suggested above? The issue could also be due security software installed on your PC. Some users have reported issues when using BitDefender. Temporarily disable any you may have and try again to further isolate the issue.
