Is anyone else having a problem with the zone settings view not refreshing? I can't set the zone after moving the camera because it is showing me a photo of the old view (camera position). I have tried the reset button, logging out and back in, different devices, etc. I even returned the camera and the new camera is doing the same thing. The new camera booted up and downloaded that latest firmware so, it is up to date. Is this a known bug? Is there a fix coming? I'm baffled!

TRW,
Is this happening on the Arlo mobile app or the web client or both?
Consider clearing your browser cache and try again.

It happens on both the iphone and the Chrome browser in my PC. Also, the reset button does not work on either device when trying to reset the zone settings. It just keeps showing me the same old image from before I moved the camera days ago, weeks ago, etc. Zone settings are not working at all on either device after clearing cache, history, re-starting cameras, replacing camera with new camera, etc.

Maybe you're not pressing the reset button long enough? It takes several seconds before the LEDs start flashing amber. If you do this, be sure to remove all devices under Settings, My Devices, add the base back in using the Add Device button in the Cameras tab and then resync the cameras.

Edit: Just noticed that this is a Q camera. The same thing happens, just on the camera rather than the base. You should hear a click and see the camera LED flash amber. Bes sure to remove the camera from Settings as above.
However, with the same thing happening with 2 cameras, something else seems suspect. Weird.

TRW,
I have not been able to replicate this issue.
When clicking the "Snapshot" icon under "Adjust Image and Activity Zones", what happens?

I also had moved my Arlo Q and it would not refresh the view, but had the old view instead. I asked the system to take a snapshot and it forced it to update the camera view. All good now!
