Thanks for the reply but I have tried using a non mobile browser but Arlo keeps wanting me to download the apple or android software. I guess I will have to wait for Netgear to provide a windows 10 mobile version. I am not however holding my breath.

When using a mobile browser, go to the arlo site and then use the browser menu to select the setting to use the desktop version of the site. Most things will work fine but anything that requires Flash will not (live view is the big one).

I am another disappointed Microsoft Phone and Windows 10 user. Your recommendation for using the full site version does not exist when accessing the arlo.netgear.com site on a Windows 10 phone. I am a heavy user of Netgear products (router, ReadyNAS, ReadyData, etc.) and the bias of Microsoft browsers / product (the firmware for most Netgear devices) has prevented me from additional Netgear purchases.
