Videos dissappearing on the cloud or maybe not really there at all

Once again, ARLO is not behaving. Issue is this...
1. Get the notification of a video capture, but when you click on the link it isnt there.
2. Manually stored videos save, but 24hours later they are gone.
3. All videos disappear regardless of when (with the 7 days).
This has been happening off an on since feb, but for the last week or so it happens daily. Support ticket is in.
Reset the router many times just to make sure, but its not the router as videos that do get saved dissappear randomly.

Wow! Weird, to say the least.
A real PITA but maybe a deactivation, full factory reset and then a new account using a different email address? Just a SWAG...

What device are you using that is displaying this behavior? Does this occur across multiple devices (Arlo mobile app, web client)?
