Video playback issues

I find this to be a strange problem. I run the arlo app on both my iPad and iPhone, both with the same iOS. My iPad app has no problems with video playback. My iPhone on the other hand won't play anything back. I can watch live feed though. I have deleted the app on the iPhone and reinstalled with no success. Is this a weird iPhone thing? I can't imagine it is since it is fine on the iPad.

It may be ithe iOS version your running on the phone....it it newer?

I would delete the app again, then power reboot you phone, then re-install the app and try again.  Apps can do strange things at times.
