Whenever I try to edit any mode other than the schedule mode, clicking on the pencil icon at the right side of the appropriate mode grays-out a portion of the screen and displays a message:  "Please Wait." The screen never clears or advances beyoind that point. Have tried on multiple computers and multiple browsers - no luck. Any suggestions?

I tried turning the unit off but that didn't help. So I tried the reset button and that did it. Everything's working fine now. Thanks!

Mark5,

 

Consider a base station reboot (using the On-Off button on the back of the base station). Allow the base station to come back online and try again. Are you still experiencing the issue?
