I am considering increasing my storage in the cloud (not Arlo) and wonder if it is possible to transfer any recordings by these cameras to another location in the cloud - one that I am paying for, to use increased space?

The only way you can use the external cloud space is to first download it to you local system and then upload to your other storage...

In effect, no it won't work the way maybe you were thinking ( can't change storage location )

If you wanna be a bit of a geek (color me such), I have a Python script that will allow you to download the videos and place them in a folder that could be used to place them in your cloud account (I use Dropbox).  You need to install Python and set up a schedule for the computer to perform the task (hence the geek part) but once set up works without intervention.
