app or cell notification is great. But I was sent a notice to update my email. Now I am getting an email for all motion. I dont know wher to stop this. & keep the app notices for motion.

Email alerts can be turned off within the rules for the desired camera. Take a look at this article for detail instructions on how to turn off email alerts: How do I turn on/off email notifications?
