Hi,
I'm currently trying to connect arlo to my fhem home automation server and therefore want to start the arlo app on an android device and show a certain camera live when triggered via any automation app.
I got it working almost via tasker and the corresponding plugin autoinput accept the fact that it seems that the password field in the arlo app does not accept input from another app.
Does anybody by chance struggle with the same issues?
Did somebody maybe even solve them already.
Kindest regards,
tommynocker82

Ok, think I figured out a way myself respectively a little more time on google pushed me in a direction that I'm gonna go with.
The password safe app dashlane can do an auto login to the arlo app.
This solves my issue and I can now trigger an app start and click on the desired camera via tasker and autoinput plugin.
Sometimes it helps just to write things down.
Maybe somebody else might find this useful.

Hi Tommy,
sounds that you find a solution to my problem..
I have the Arlo App on an Android Tablet and want to start the live view of one special camera if I touch the power button to awake the system...
Do you think that the Tasker App is the right decision to do the job?
Regards
