Nope. Are you using custom modes for the schedule? Are they carry-overs from before the beginning of the year (before the update) or newly minted? Try both the app and browser to see if it's a display issue.

Yes. I find that if I use or change through the phone app it alters, however via the desktop software it is perfect.
