I have just replaced my 3 cameras as the original ones were faulty.  I have synced them with the base station and rebooted the whole system.  I can see the cameras and library through the browser and on my own IOS App, However, on my other "Friends" A.K.A (Wife and Son) IOS Apps, neither the cameras or the videos, saved in the library, are showing up.

I logged in through my phone and granted access to the new cameras for each of the "Friends" but no luck.  I then Deleted the "Friends" and reinvited them.  They have followed the link in the invitation email and logged back in. . .they have even hard re-booted their devices but still no cigar!   Im out of options. . . Anyone??

gregsaxton,

Welcome to the community! When you access your account and go to "settings" and then "account settings" and "friends" does it say "accepted" for the invitations you sent out? If it says "pending" that tells us that the invitation that was e-mailed was not properly accepted. Let us know!

Same thing is happening to my wife's view. She receives the invite, but it is unclear how she accepts the invite. It asks her to create an account, or log in. When she logs in to her prior account she sees no cameras. When she attempts to create a new account, it recognizes her email address and asked her to login. When she does, she sees no cameras.

Susanabell814,

To accept the invitation she must click on the "create an account" link. She must then either create a new account or log in to her existing account from the login page that is produced from clicking the link. This will change the invitation from "pending" to "accepted" on the primary account, allowing her to view the shared cameras.
