RUle and mode don't give me options to record longer time.

None of the answers are helping me.  I do not have the options people are describing to for rules and modes. 

 

somebody please give me info to talk to support.

Give us details about how you're trying to set this.  Use the Mode tab, select your system and edit your modes and rules.
