Problems With Schedule Mode & Custom Mode

Wont allow me to schedule custom times for arming, when I set the time and hit ok, nothing happens. No matter if I try smart things mode , custom or add a new mode. Unable to lock in new times.

I am trying to figure out how to set schedules for arming. I signed up for the basic for $3 a month and don't seem to be able to find the option. Maybe I need a more expensive monthly plan..?...  If I can figure out where this option is, I can tell you if I am having your same issue.
