The major change is for setting up modes and rules.  Instead of using the Settings tab, use the Mode tab, select your system and create/edit your modes and rules there.  It's that simple.

 

Also, note that app notifications are disabled with the switch from global to per camera notifications.  Edit your modes and go to each camera to set up your notifications as well as recording time and sensitivity.
