The camera on my back patio is now failing to record on motion detection. It worked with no problems for about six months. Batteries have good charge and I can view the camera feed manually. I have performed the motion detection test and the LED will flash to signal motion detection. However, once put back to normal monitoring mode it does not detect or record.
I am using geofencing and have verified that the camera is set to record in both modes that are defined for home and away. My front door camera is having no issues and records reliably when someone approaches the door.

Verify that the running man is black for the affected camera. Also, try swapping cameras to see if the problem follows the camera or stays with the position.

Yes, the running man is black. Motion detection is set to activated for this camer in all modes that I use.
I tried swapping cameras. The camera with the issue is the Patio camera. My Kitchen camera detects motion with no issues so I swapped with it. The Kitchen camera is having no problems detecting motion and recording while in the Patio position. Motion is detected on the patio and on out to the yard. The Patio camera in the Kitchen position will not detect movement in the room.
I did find when moving the cameras that the Patio camera would detect motion and record if my hand came within a few inches of the motion detector. Once mounted, I tried again, and waving my hand a few inches in front of the camera would work. Regular motion only a few feet away would not be detected. I have double checked, and the motion sensitivity for this camera is all the way up to 100%.
Summary: motion detection is on (running man black) and the problem is following with the camera not the position.
