Hello I am on FW Version 1.2.4941 for the Camera and Firmware version for the base = 1.7.5_6178 with HW version VMB3010r2. I got the camera setup and have tried to set the senistivity from 100 down to 50 and it is still picking up nothing there. I tried to move the pan and zoom to cut downt he reflection from the wall but that didn't help either. Please see the following picture. If a video would help also please let me know. I am up for any suggestions that anyone has. I was thinking of getting another camera and putting it on my garage and use that one for motion but if this camera is picking up nothing then I am not sure if another camera will help.
Thanks,
Joe

jetskijoe,
How often is the camera picking up motion? If it is constant (every minute for example) this could indicate a hardware issue. Consider contacting the Arlo Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link. If you have any additional questions/concerns feel free to private message me. I would be happy to help.
