I recently upgraded my Arlo system to an Arlo Pro system, I have basic access granted to four users, two iOS users, two Android users. Push notifications work properly on my iPhone. The other users receive no push notifications on their devices even though they are enabled.
Push notifications worked properly on all users devices prior to the upgrade, I have tried rebooting the base station numerous times. We have also uninstalled and reinstalled apps several times. Push notifications still do not occur on the other users devices.
I appreciate any and all suggestions.

To me sounds like you did all.. try Netgear Support.
If it is a new sw problem, that would be the only way to fix same
