Notices to my iphone with instant messages are not coming to me all of the times..

I have owned my "Arlo" for only six days.  The notices come and go.  sometimes, I receives emails but no notices.  what good is the system if I do not have notices as a text message come to my phone?

Can someone help me?  What can I check on my base to see if it is something that I am doing wrong?

With the iPhone, Arlo doesn't send text messages, it sends alerts via a banner or a pop up on your phone screen. This can be enabled from the settings menu on the phone.

Yes, my does the same but  does not do it every time.  This morning, it sent me a notice one time out of five.  I went to my Arlo and there were five videos...the other times it did not send notice.

Yes, the Arlo system doesn't do texts , but does do PUSHES...

The Pushes should have been fro each event, but I have seen it when the events are very close together less than the total are send.

Another thing you possibly could do ( depends on your cell provider )since you say the emails are working...

Send / add an email using your phone number (to convert the email to SMS)... on my phone I find it easier to use the test messg over emails

format like phone#@vtext.com for verizon, each provider is a bit different.
