My app updated on its own and my saved recordings have disappeared!

Opened up my Arlo App today and it appears that it updated on its own, as things look different. Also I had a few saved videos and those all seemed to disappear.. Which I needed to keep as evidence. 

Can an someone let me know what might have happened??

What happened? I would guess a poorly beta tested app.

I think you will need to open a support case with Arlo to see if it can be retrieved.

Also a lesson here would be to download any important videos to your computer.

As did mine.  Further, the I much preferred the old app format.  This was definately not an upgrade.  I'd also like to know how to get my favorited videos.

Try and log in to your Arlo via Chrome... it may be there...get while you can
