We have two houses each with their own Arlo system.  I am 'owner' of one house with my account and my SO is 'owner' of the second house, with a separate account.

Both are set to share each other with 'admin' setting.

Is it possible to have both locations geofenced for each of our devices (eg., when I leave my house, it will automatically geofence even though my SO is still there)?  If so, can't seem to figure out how to do it.

The second question is... in geofence mode, is it possible to turn off Audio sensing?  Roosters crowing are setting it off all the time.  I see that in custom modes I can control what it is sensing, but I don't see those same choices in geofence mode?

Thanks

KaneHau,

Geofencing is designed to operate on a "first in, last out basis". This means that if any enabled device is in the Geofencing radius the "Home" mode will enable, and the "Away" mode should only enable when the last device has left the radius. In your scenario, set both accounts to use Geofencing and make sure both devices are enabled in the Geofencing setttings.

Also be sure the app stays logged in, is running and location is enabled on your devices. If the app is logged off/not running Geofencing will not work.

Geofencing uses the modes you choose for "Home" and "Away". So, to turn off sound detection, create a custom mode and use that mode within your Geofencing settings.

Geofencing is still a Beta feature at this time and the engineering team is working hard to improve it. We appreciate any and all feedback related to this feature.
