Can the motion detection light on the cameras be turned off so people can't see it iluminated? Thanks

If your referring to the IR illuminators ( that provide vision for dark ) ... the IR uses 850nm range and that is slightly visable to the normal eye ( glows slighty red ) when on.
But they can be toggled OFF. This gives less vision in the dark but if you have regular outside lighting that may be enough.
