Detection lag time is a common complaint and issue with the Netgear Arlo security system - To fix this, why does the Arlo team not just realease an update that saves video 30 seconds before motion is detected- a lot of car cams already have this feature for recording accidents

Can't do this with a motion detection camera. It would always need to be recording which would eat batteries.
