First thing to check is the camera live view.... is the "running" man gray or black? Gray is unarmed, black is armed
If it is Gray and still detecting motion, go into settings that camera and REMOVE DEVICE.
then, Open and close the battery door to re-set camera,
Then bring that camera back as if it was new.( sync ; remember a quick push on base sync button , don't hold )
