Motion Detection Sensitivity Slider Bar

I am trying to adjust the camera setting to make it more sensitive, to pick up smaller movements.  On the left side of the slider bar, there is a man standing still, and on the right side, there is a man running.  Which direction do I slide it to pick up smaller movements?

To the right, higher number.
