We currently have a BLINK security camera system but it does not allow more than one viewer at a time. I do have questions about your system.

Does your system allow multiple viewers per camera?

Does your system work on Android devices?

Does your system work on WiFi or do we need an AT&T account?

Not sure where you got this but there's a new Arlo Go camera which uses only cell service for remote locations with no other Internet access.  It is currently spec'ed for ATT service but Verizon supposedly will be supported, too.  If that's what you saw but are not planning on using, there's no issue around cell service.  It's strictly having Internet access.
