I am lost.  I can follow around the various answers, and the screen shots look nothing like my screen. 

Surely, surely, surely.. there is a doc that describes what this is all about in nice sensible Engineering English. Please publish it. And if not.. spending some time working on that instead of answering random questions from lost users would seem to be helpful.

And the UI is about the most non-intuitive I have ever seen for a video app.
