Library video recording bar doesn't disappear

I am having a bug/glitch problem involving watching videos from the library on my phone. When I turn my phone to the size to get a full screen mode. I see the 2 min timer tracker on the bottom portion of the video. Double tapping it won't make it disappear. I didn't have this issues before the update. Anyone else experiencing this?

What type and OS of phone...

 on an Ipad/9.3.5 and on an Andoid/ 4.4.2 the time bar does not go away at all...in max view.

Must be from the new updates.

But what I did noticed in max view on the Android was the timer bar kept counting the secs after completion of the video... a 30 sec video and I backed out after the time hit a min+
