Issues with Motion

Sorry in advance if this question has been asked a million times.  I recently installed the 3 camera system and before i return i wanted to see if there was a way to resolve my issue.  I cant seem to dial in the sensitivity on the motion recording.  Example, Fed ex man drops package and it doesnt record but records when my wife removes from front porch or it doesnt pick up my son pulling in the driveway.  Also when it does capture and records, its starts recording when the vehicle is backing out of the driveway instead of when Im walking in front of the camera.  Im hoping to make this product work but im not completely sold on it.

It seems that testing has shown the PIR (motion) sensor is a bit more sensitive on the outer edges. So, position where people move across  the field of view is easier to pick up then directly in/out.

Sorry but I'll tell you it's a trial and test ( few times ) before you start getting good results outside.. a bit easier if indoors.
