I cannot log into the app.  I have internet, but the app says "can't be connected" .  Have reset Network Settings on phone and ipad.  Safari app, same deal.  Arlo support says there is no problem with the server.

I reset Network Settings (Settings, General, Reset, Reset Network Settings) on my phone and iPad, and that cleared it up.

Did you try reinstalling the app? How about WiFi vs. cell service?
