ARLO PRO BOUGHT IN USA TO USE IN UK DO I PAY THE USA SUBSCRIPTION OR THE UK SUBSCRIPTION?

The Basic level of service  ( for up to 5 cameras ) is free.

 

If you need more cameras then look at the FAQs for other country subscriptions, and I would think you would use the country you reside in as they may or may not be available
