The on line set up wasn't recognizing my base. It told me to reset it to factory default which I did. I don't have all motion mode anymore nor does it record anything in the library. My only choices are armed, disarmed, schedule or Geofencing. I have tried everything else i read in the community and nothing records. I set the filter on the library and it doesn't stay on the way I set it. When I go back in, the filter is off and nothing records. i just bought this 2 weeks ago and im ready to take it back.

The modes you see are correct. Looks like you have old documentation.
First, are you seeing notifications for firmware updates on any of your devices? Check Settings, My Devices for anything that has a red triangle notification. Those need updating first if any are so noted.
When satisfied, check the running men for your cameras in the Devices tab. They should be black, not gray. If gray, go to the Mode tab, select your base and see what mode is selected. By default the Armed mode should be active. Check to see if motion is detected and recorded. If not, try power cycling the base.
Any of this work?
