Hey ... I changed my plan to Basic and received an email that says, "... sorry to hear that you are cancelling you Arlo Service" and that you are refunding my money ... all I wanted to do was change my plan ... how do I get in touch with billing?

Changing your plan to Basic will cancel the subscription plan you had previously. The remainder of the plan will then be refunded. To change your plan, select a new subscription package as suggested above. For more information on subscription plans and availability, see here: What are the available Arlo subscription plans and how much cloud storage is available?
