I cannot set up rules and modes for my Arlo, it keeps say the connection lost. I just brought this one and I am using the basic plan. Is this because the slow internet speed or what? But I can view the video properly on my phone without any delay. Could somebody helps me out?

Have you tested upload speed using something like speedtest.net? What browser/app are you using? I tend to use Chrome and find I have to log out and back into the Arlo servers to get the interface working.

Hi,
I am using safari and I wil have a try on Chrome. The internet is aright, I tested it and it was all normal. I will try to log out and log in to see whether it is working or not.
