I can't change the modes on the invited phone

Hi James,
I have two IOS and one android phone. As I can't change the modus on the invited phone ( other email account). It looks for me that the beta team simply forgot the use case that if someone is invited that his/her phone should bet set up as well as primary device and not only view access. Is there any workaround? Dennis

It sounds like when you shared the account via the Grant Access feature, you didn't toggle "Allow access rights". This needs to be toggled on for each user you would like to be able to adjust modes. Check your Grant Access settings and make sure this feature is toggle on.

Hi James,
Right, this solved to change settings.
Unfortunately it doesn't solve the issue with multiple devices and geotagging.
Left my wife at home with on device which has as well administration function enabled. Walked away with a 2ND device were I initially installed the camera.
When she is moving, I'm receiving tons of emails.
I tried once to connect the camera again with a 2ND device but the camera didn't make a sound.
Do you know if the netgear system is only designed to have one connected user?
Or do you know how to set it up with two or more phones? Dennis
