We are new to the system this us to watch an elderly person, I have tried to reconfirm the email with no luck. I am not getting the Alarts when there is motion detected I also don't have access to the devi e settings or systems within your setting on the Mobil app. How can I get the Alarts in order to make sure that the elderly person is OK. This system is a last ditch effort in order to keep him in his home... we really need to get the Alarts fixed please help..
