So far, I'm wishing I had gone for wires. My motion doesn't seem to pickup a person walking to my door, however, it will record a buzzing bee or bush movement. See no led anything when I attempt to set motion sensitivity. Any suggestions before I lose more big bucks on batteries?

Motion sense is done by IR or the reflection of IR through the ir sensor... and it can be a trial method at times till it works well.
The best way is to mount the camera about 7ft up ( out of reach ) at at an angle so the motion is across the field of view ( not directly towards/away ).
After this, make sure to adjust the sensitivity up/down till the camera picks up the person but not alot of bush/tree movement.
