I've had my four camera Pro system installed for about 35 days and I've had to power cycle the base station six different times to fix six different issues.  Each time I've done it, the problems go away...

The issues I've had are;

  • UI (both iOS app & web browser) saying system has no internet connection when the connection is fine and the base station internet light is green
  • slow or no notifications
  • one camera going offline and not coming back
  • missing video clips from libray when I got a notification
  • iOS app & web browser UI stuck on "getting status" for cameras and base station

I'm losing confidence that I can leave the system when I'm gone for an extended timeframe and have it remain operational.  Is this common or do I have a base station that needs addition troubleshooting or replacement?

Thanks!

Just got my new setup today and I have noticed that the iOS app and web app are a bit glitchy. One thing I noticed is that when you change the settings in one application it doesn't sync to the other UI.
