I have granted access to one person. It sends a link but still no access even after downloading Arlo app. What do I need to do?

There's a couple of possibilities. I think the most likely is that you didn't assign any cameras in the Grant Access section. The other possibility is that the email sent to the invitee wasn't completely followed.
