Geofencing arlo Q not working

Hello,

maybe you can help, I have set up the system with my iphone (Dennis). As you can see, I'm not at home.

 Tsvetelina  is at home and geofencing should have deactivated the camera. It shows correct that she is at home ( location seems correct), but cameras are active. This is wrong as when she is at home, it should not recording her movements.

what is wrong?

Hi Mbauer,

I was unfortunately not precise enough. Geofencing is working with my device (Dennis) but not with my wifes device (Tsetelina). So in generel it works but only with my telephone. Strange is, that the Arlo app knows that my wife is at home but does not deaktivate the cameras. For my telephone everything is working well.

Dennis, thanks for the clarification. Some users have reportedly resolved this issue by going into Geofencing settings, disabling all listed devices, saving and then enabling the devices again. The app must stay logged in and running on both devices in order for Geofencing to work. Please note that Geofencing is a beta feature and still being enhanced.

In addition, make sure the Arlo app is up-to-date on both devices.

Within Grant Access settings, is "Allow Access Rights" enabled for your wife's phone?
