Finger Print Lock for Samsung Phone

Hello Community,

I am new with the Arlo cameras and want to use the Finger Print Lock feature on my Android App for the Samsung S6.  For the life of me I can't find a way to set it up.  I see the option for it when I launch the app but can only log in by entering my password.  Has anyone got an answer or step by step instructions on how to set this up?
