Can I use the Geo fencing and a SCHEDULE at the same time. I would like geo fencing on in the day and a armed mode from say 10pm to 6 am

Yes, although obviously the use of GF will override the schedule. So, if your'e away from home, whatever you set to happen is what will happen and the same for while you're at home. Have you tried setting it up? I think it will make more sense if you go through the setup and play with it a little.

It works for me. Here is how I have it set up:
- You will need to create a new Mode for when you are home (if you want Disarmed you don't need the new mode).
- Next go to schedule and pick the hours you want the system armed (10 pm - 6 am) and the hours you want the system disarmed (or the new mode you created earlier)
- Go to Geofencing and select Away Mode: Armed and Home Mode: Schedule.
You will have a system that is Armed when you are not home, but also armed every night between 10pm-6am and Disarmed ( or any other mode you create) when you are home betweem 6am-10pm.
Hope this helps.
