Guys, I'm getting constant false triggers on the camera I have labled back yard. To the point of me having to turn it off from work cause I get an alert everey 10 seconds and when i review the video from the email alert there is never anything there. How can i get this camera replaced? Getting real frustrating

The camera may be fine...

There are many way to adjust the sensitivity of the  trigger such as lowering the sense slide bar to changing the angle of the camera...the camera picks up IR or the reflection of IR from object, not heat.

 

Try doing a search in the above "search for answers"  and put in MOTION.  I saw over ten threads if not more.
