Good Morning. Is anyone getting the Error 4001: Syntax Error when they try to add a Rule to an existing Mode? I have gotten this all morning.

Same Error after clearing cache on work computer. I am now home from work and trying the same from my home computer and captured the error message in the "orange" banner at the top of the page. Error 4001: Invalid message syntax.

Looks like an Arlo rep will need to look into this. Maybe a trouble ticket?

Were you able to resolve this issue by contacting support? If you create an entirely new custom mode and add rules, do you still get this error message?
You might consider a reboot of the base station (power off/on) and try again.
