I have the Arlo Pro system with the Basic cloud storage plan. My entire library from the past 7 days has disappeared? Tried logging out and logging back in to no avail. It is currently recording new clips, but even some of the new clips from earlier today have now disappeared. Is this a known issue since the app update?

Are you seeing the same behavior when viewing from the web client rather than the mobile app?
Which mobile app are you using (iOS, Android)? Do you have the latest version?

Thx for the response. All clips older than 2 days have vanished from both the app and web browser. I'm using iOS and recently deleted the app and reinstalled to see if it made a difference. Clips are still missing. All seems to be working correctly now, but historical clips only go back to yesterday.
