Date & Time Stamp?

If I download a video how can I tell the date & time it was recorded? All I can see is a file name something like "1451820596002"?

That's in "epoch" time. You can use http://www.epochconverter.com to convert.

If you use at least the Android app, downloads are named more appropriately.
