Hey folks! Glad to be here. After much debating between different camera systems (other brands, wired vs. wireless, etc), I finally settled on the Arlo Pro (4 cam). So far, very happy. Still doing some intial work just to "see how everything works".

A couple questions. First, regarding sensitivity. By adjusting sensitivity levels, does doing so change "how far away from the camera" motion is detected from the camera, or, does the distance remain the same for any sensitivity setting, but rather does adjusting sensitivity change "how much motion is needed" to trigger the recording but the distance away from the camera is always the same? Hopefully you will understand what I'm getting at with this question...it looks a little 'scrambled' even reading it to me!

Second question...in regards to making some settings adjustments, such as recording time, sensitivity, etc. I can make all changes on my iPhone with no issue...make changes, Save, and everything is fine. But, when I try to make changes using my PC, I can "make" changes (like, changing the slider bar for sensitivity), but it does not allow me to Save the changes. There is no Save button of any kind. I tried both using Chrome and IE, and both browsers have the same issue. But, I can use my phone so I will be able to get everything set up the way I like it. It's just that I prefer to do it on PC rather than my phone.

Thanks a bunch!

1) I'd say it's a bit of both but mostly how much movement needed to trigger.

2) Some Save buttons are on the previous page - use the Back selection at the top left. Also, look at the bottom of the screen for the browser while it's at the top for the app.

A-HA!! Thank you! On the app, you just make the change and click Save. On the webpage version, make the change, click Back, and then click Save. Thanks a lot!!!!
