When I play a Library video on an iPhone 5s, I can only see a portion of the picture (about 50%, the left half but top and bottom are cropped so I cannot see the bottom play bar). I can drag the pciture to see more, but it snaps back when I let go. Also, there is no full screen icon in the bottom play bar. I have version 2.0.3 of the app (March 15, 2016). Is there any way to fix this?
My system is a brand new VMS3430, purchased last week.
Thanks!

rnd7653,
Consider reinstalling the app and try again. Please let me know if you still experience this issue. Also, could you attach a screenshot?

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the same thing happens. LivePortrait shows less than half of the picture, the pause symbol indicates the video is streaming. LiveLandscape seems to be ok and I can toggle to full screen no problems. LibraryLandscape chops off the top and bottom of picture. LibraryPortrait chops off the right side of the video, however, I can drag the screen to see other parts of the picture.

rnd7653,
Thank you for the screenshots. What iOS version are you running? Also, is this an intermittent issue or does this always occur when viewing from your iphone?

I am running iOS 7.1.2 on an iPhone 5s.
Yes, this always happens.

rnd7653,
This could be due to the old iOS version you are running. Please update to the latest available iOS version and see if you continue experiencing this issue.

npk200189,
What version of iOS and device model are you using? A new version of the app was recently released as well, are you still seeing the same behavior after installing the update?

No, now I am not seeing the same behavior. NOW IT IS A LOT WORSE!!! I can no longer rotate the picture between landscape and portrait in *any* mode. I am stuck with portrait whether I like it or not. I want the old app version back. How do I get it?

rnd7653,
Have you updated your iOS to the latest version (you previously had said you were running 7.1.2)? This could be the reason for the display issues.
